treatment is working

Getting Ready for Your Return Home
Our inpatient physical therapy program helps patients prepare for life
at home. Patients are typically discharged from the hospital once they
have obtained enough independence to safely live on their own. It is important
to note that this does not necessarily mean you have fully recovered.
You will need to continue your exercises at home and possibly continue
your recovery through outpatient physical therapy. Our physical therapists
will make sure you know exactly what you need to do to continue your recovery.
