What We Use

Summarizing applications:
- 3M – Helps review documentation to make sure care is coded correctly
- Meditech – Helps create discharge summaries for your provider to review
Notetaking applications:
- Suki and AI Scribe – Helps capture and organize notes during your visit
How AI-Notetaking Applications Work
- During your visit, the AI tool listens and turns the conversation into notes
- Your provider carefully reviews and edits these notes
- The final note is added to your medical record
Important: The AI does not make medical decisions. Your provider is always in control of your care.

We take your privacy very seriously.
- All recorded interactions are protected under HIPAA and privacy laws
- Data is stored securely using industry standards
- Only authorized staff can access your records
- Recordings are not kept longer than needed for documentation
