When combined with your mammogram, this information helps create a breast health plan that is right for you and provides greater clarity and peace of mind.

A breast cancer risk assessment looks at your chance of developing breast cancer over time. The assessment uses a trusted medical tool that reviews:

What to Expect Before Your Appointment

Before your mammogram, you may receive a secure online questionnaire to complete at home. It asks about:

How Your Risk Score Is Shared

After your mammogram, your breast cancer risk score will be included in your results to your provider . This score shows how your risk compares to other women and helps guide future screening decisions.
