Nursing Advancement Opportunities
Through the Clinical Ladder program, MHP provides an opportunity for our
nurses to be recognized for professional growth and development, while
concurrently receiving an increase in their wages.
The Clinical Ladder program offers advancement and leadership for those
nurses who provide direct nursing care to patients. The Clinical Ladder
program allows for career progression by recognizing the professional
nurse's clinical knowledge, competence, and performance. Clinical
Ladder is an ongoing process, which requires formal documentation for
advancement and/or maintenance. Financial compensation includes an increase
up to an extra $3 dollars an hour.
