    Dr. Elliott grew up in upstate New York. He attended undergraduate school at State University of New York College of Brockport. While working on his undergraduate studies, Dr. Elliott was a driver in the NASCAR modified series in the Northeast. Dr. Elliott retired from racing before attending medical school in Chicago, Illinois.

    During residency, Dr. Elliott attended the basic and advanced AO trauma courses. After completing residency, Dr. Elliott completed an AO trauma fellowship at the University Clinic of Graz, Austria in 2002. Dr. Elliott also attended the Duke University flap course.

    Dr. Elliott is one of the co-founders of Indiana's only nationally approved foot and ankle fellowship program through American Health Network; 2002-present. He continues to work in training education. He is an attending for both the St. Vincent and Community East foot and ankle residency training programs.
