Pink Heals Tour Visit

This very special and famous national tour is coming to Shelbyville and we all have a chance to be a part of it while making a difference in our community! Pink Heals Inc. is a non-profit program that partners with public safety, local businesses and families to bring communities together.

They will be bringing a full-size PINK FIRE TRUCK and parking it near the MHP Medical Center from 11am-2pm on August 23rd! You can sign the truck or just come out for a look! Our local public safety servants, officials, and city employees will also be attending in support of both the cause and the citizens of Shelbyville.

Exclusive 'Pink Heals Shelbyville' t-shirts are available for purchase to help with fundraising. 100% of the proceeds from t-shirts sales will stay in our community and be used to help those in need. You can purchase your shirt by visiting: www.mymhp.org/pinkheals.

Pink Heals Inc. was started by Dave Graybill, a retired firefighter from Arizona. He chose pink as the color to represent the organization, it is not solely for breast cancer, but to represent all women and to support all types of illnesses and causes. Dave recruits active duty and retired fire fighters to donate some time driving these pink trucks across the county to spread love and support to anyone who needs it.

This group, and Dave, are very close to the heart of a well-known MHP employee as they visited her sister just days before she died in 2009 and a couple of years later, named a truck after her. Dave’s group has made a visit to Indiana nearly every year since 2009.

But this is the first time the tour has even been close to Shelbyville and it's our chance to show how much we care about the people in the community we serve!

This is a free, family-friendly event and is open to the public.
