It Takes a Village- Chronic Kidney Disease Support Group

We are excited to announce we are relaunching our Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) support group, It Takes a Village. Beginning in April, we will be meeting the last Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM. This group is open to CKD patients,
family members, caregivers, dialysis patients, and transplant patients. This group will provide you with support, friendship, great listeners, and peers facing similar issues in their own kidney journey. You do not have to be a patient at MHP to join us, we welcome all to take advantage of this great opportunity!
