Join our Cardiac Rehab Support Group!

We will be meeting once a month with the goal to provide a welcoming space where patients and caregivers can ask questions, gain knowledge, enjoy a meal, and find fellowship with others who are facing similar challenges. Activities and topics will vary month to month!
