Cardiac Rehab Support Group

Join our Cardiac Rehab Support Group on May 1st at the MHP Health Pavilion Conference Room (located at entrance 3) at 12:00 PM!

This month we welcome Debbie Mathies, NP, as our guest speaker for our "Ask an NP" session. Attendees are encouraged to bring any and all questions!

We will be meeting once a month with the goal to provide a welcoming space where patients and caregivers can ask questions, gain knowledge, enjoy a meal, and find fellowship with others who are facing similar challenges.
