Kent Huber is a licensed Mental Health and Addiction Counselor. He was born and raised near St. Paul, Indiana, and takes joy in returning to his roots over 30 years later to provide Behavioral Health services to the Shelby County area. Through his journey, Kent has had the opportunity to assist several people, families, and communities in achieving mental and emotional wellness. These have included those struggling with numerous diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction, along with many others. The ages have ranged from young children to senior adults, some realizing their needs on their own while others were strongly encouraged to seek help.

Currently, at MHP, Kent treats those between adolescence and senior adulthood, with a wide variety of behavioral health needs, including addiction. The goal he steps for his patients is for them to reach a point where they are no longer in need of Kent, but he is aware that this may take some time. He enjoys taking the with his patients as they seek a healthy, satisfying lifestyle.
